Images from Trump’s Gala dinner have surfaced on the internet, offering a rare glimpse into the opulent affair that drew both high-profile crypto executives and vocal public protests.

Held at the Trump National Golf Club in Virginia, the exclusive dinner event was for top holders of his controversial memecoin, $TRUMP.

The White House declined to release an official guest list, but notable crypto figures such as Tron founder Justin Sun, Magic Eden CEO Jack Lu, and BitMart CEO Sheldon Xia confirmed their attendance online.

One of a kind dinner

Photos shared on social media revealed a three-course meal and gift bags, as well as “Trump” themed décor emblazoned with slogans like “Fight Fight Fight,” a nod to the entity behind the cryptocurrency.

According to photos, the menu included a “Trump organic field green salad,” a choice of filet mignon or pan-seared halibut with mashed potatoes and vegetables, and a lava cake dessert.

Protests Outside

Outside the venue however, over 100 demonstrators gathered to protest the event. Protestors accused Trump of monetizing his political stature through questionable crypto dealings.

Attendees of the dinner were also reportedly met with boos and jeers as they arrived, according to multiple sources

The event, shrouded in secrecy and marked by luxury, is likely to fuel further scrutiny of Trump’s expanding ventures into digital assets.

President Trump had announced the launch of his crypto just three days before his inauguration in January, resulting in a quick surge in his net worth and prompting ethical questions at the same time.

Meanwhile, alleging potential financial misconduct and foreign influence, the House of Democrats have called on the U.S. Treasury Department for financial records tied to President Donald Trump’s recent growing footprint in the crypto space.
