- Staked Ethereum hits a record high

Reports say as of Monday, approximately 3 Ethereum (ETH) staked on the Beacon Chain has hit a record high this week as price climbs above $2,700.4.8 million ETH has been staked.
This exceeds the previous all time high recorded on November 10, 2024.
Staked ETH has remained relatively stable hovering above 33 million for the past year. However, it began to climb again in early June.
The rise in staking highlights growing confidence in Ethereum’s longterm prospects, especially the recent developments in the network’s infrastructure and adoption.
Ethereum has been undergoing significant change. The Foundation made some structural changes to its team. Meanwhile, last week Ethereum’s co-founder Vitalik Buterin announced that Ethereum mainnet is on track for a significant scalability upgrade over the next 12 months.
